Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

Orders are processed Every Tuesday  from 7am – 3:30pm AEST (Sydney Time). ‘Same Day Delivery’ orders placed before 11am will be processed and delivered the same business day. Orders that miss this cut off will be processed the next Tuesday. ie, Order after 11am Tuesday, your order will be processed the following Tuesday.

In some cases once your order has been processed we may need to contact you before it can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay with your shipping please respond to any phone or email requests ASAP.

You will receive tracking advice via email once your order has been dispatched, this will be emailed to you

Please note all prices on this website are in ‘AUD’ unless stated otherwise.

Shipping within Australia costs from $15* for all orders.

*Prices may vary depending on the delivery address of orders. Shipping is automatically calculated in during our online checkout process. 

Australian orders can take 1-10 working days from the date of payment to be received.Please account extra days for public holidays as couriers and postal services do not operate on public holidays
